Greek life has something to offer everyone.  The American fraternity and sorority movement has been a beloved institution within higher learning for over 200 years and its benefits are too numerous to describe.  Fraternities in today’s colleges and universities provide many academic, leadership, character development, volunteer, networking, and social opportunities for their members. Involvement alone provides members access to many opportunities during college that otherwise would not be available.  And for many, they have often been called a home away from home and a reason to come back. The value of membership in a fraternity compounds year’s even decades after attending college.  Members make lifelong friendships and the character growth and development can extend well beyond college.
